Ahaha I am lazy with refilling water. I keep a 101.4 oz bottle of water that I fill only once a day and just drink as I go. Gets the job done....Plus it also reminds me how little I have drank.

Maybe it's just me, but I am under the belief that as long as the water is in front of me and accessable, I am going to drink it....but I agree with the herbal tea. Or peppermint tea-- tis the season?

I love singles, but after getting pneumonia twice in one year, I lean more towards doubles. Running doesn't bother me breathing wise, but singles does. I keep saying I am going to retire from singles, but I have another match tomorrow!

I did it with tennis and running three times a week and was just fine, sans getting pneumonia (not related.) Although if you are running, I would suggest doing the classic, not the lean. It is so much cardio on top of running.

I used to eat a lot of McDs. I don't often anymore, and when I do, it makes me incredibly ill. Honestly, EVERYONE has their vices. Mine right now is Heath Bars and Skor bars. I've started watching Extreme Makeover: Weightloss edition. Very hard to look at yourself in the mirror and not go workout or eat right after seeing what those people do in a year. Plus I bawl the entire time. Since it comes on once a week, it comes just in time for me to start my "Ehhhhhhhh do I want to work out?"

I've tried a few or a day or two, but they've all made me sick. I think I'm on too much medication to even try. I don't recommend them, but as you said - you are your own person!

I used active.com's app. Well I did until I got my zombie run app. But I enjoyed it! I am not a treadmill person, so I run on the track near my house or the park. I think it has a GPS— I used Nike + GPS at the same time and track that way.

Can I throw in some advice too? I bought exercise bands on amazon for like $20 with shipping. And there are 6 week challenges online— 100 pushups in 6 weeks, 200 sit ups, 200 squats etc. If you are looking for cheap alternatives. :)

I love it! I am about to restart it actually — I got sick and had to take weeks off. I cannot wait to jump back in. It's definitely intense— I recommend watching some of the videos and trying them before doing the program. I waited about 3 weeks after I got the program to actually begin in order to feel like the videos…

Good luck!! Try integra though. Not bad on your stomach at all. Although I think it's pretty new— I've been to the hospital once or twice while on it, and they don't have it normally. But it's only one pill?

Scales lie— you have clearly made progress! Try upping the calories you eat... If you are burning so much, it migh help. I had the same issue a few weeks ago. Also, take measurements!! So much better judges. Don't stress about the scale moving. :)

I am iron related anemic too, and unfortunately, if you are like me, it doesn't matter what you eat. You have to take the supplements. I have tried high iron diets, but medically I am screwed. I know that my integra (awesome super prescription iron) is too expensive some months (COME ON GENERICS!) but over the counter…

I started off drinking half propel zeros and half plain water. I've worked up to where I drink 1 propel if I am drinkin over 10 glasses a day (you need some sodium with that amount of water) or just 8 cups straight. You can do it!!
