Hi! I'm 24, 5ft 7.5, and 13st. Depending on the shop I'm 12-14 on top/14-16 on bottom. My goal is get down to at least 11st, and then reassess my goals depending on how I look then. I have a typical hourglass figure - which I love; I'd just like to lose some fat and tone up. Ideally, I'd be a size 12 all over.

Flaxseed. I've been having ground flaxseed with my breakfast quite alot over the last few weeks and it's increased my regularity (I'm going at least once a day). I got them from Holland and Barrett.

I was tracking my sugar this week and was always, always over. However, the majority of my sugars come from fruits (i eat a lot). I've now emoved the tracker but it did make me think about incorporating other healthy snacks like nuts and the type of fruits I'm eating. I'm always going to be over, but at least it's natural…
