I am going to drop candy this week--right before Halloween????? What am I thinking!! I think what I am going to do is when I grab one, I'm going to put it into a bowl and see just how much I actually would eat if I didn't stop and think about it--now to see if I go hog-wild next Friday......

Next week looks interesting! I can understand what JJ is doing--everytime I fall off the wagon a little bit, I go crazy and I can't get back. Anyone else like that? Anyway to stop that behavior?

Well, I did a "new to me" exercise. I did Leslie Sansone (I've done those videos before), but yesterday was the first day I used the video using YouTube! Now I have one less excuse to not exercise!!

Loved this challenge!! I ended up doing that at 9:30 last night. We had a crazy day of work, doctor appointments, hair cuts, etc., so by the time I got home and in bed, that was the first that I had complete alone time for 15 minutes. We should do this one a couple of times!! Thanks!

My problem with the weekends is that I know there is a 5 quart tub of ice cream in my freezer (thank you, husband). I usually have a difficult time passing that up. I decided that I will make a mock-shake with skim milk, ice and a little bit of chocolate pudding mix. This way I will enjoy something delish and I won't think…

Hi Ladies: I had 24 grams of fiber today. I was surprised that it was that low. My lasagna had extra veggies, so I think it might have been more, but I'll keep to what the diary says. The skipping was fun, but hard for me!! It really got my heart pumping--great choice!! Looking forward to tomorrow!

I just finished my workout, so I thought I'd do that before I went in the shower. I was caught by my twelve year old. Apparently, the sight of me skipping around the house is something she'll never want to witness again!!! :) Have a great day, everyone!!
