I'm feeling it, too!! Starting to feel so out of control. I've had about 15 pound regain and although it isn't a big amount, it has been way too easy to gain. I want to get back on track and FINALLY make goal! Let's do this!

Exercised outside today!! 20+minute walk--brisk and just lovely! Calories--good to go! Tracked--yes! I love this challenge--this is the longest I have ever tracked in my life! It is showing on the scale, too, so I need to keep it up!!

Exercise---dang it, no. I was going to start and had a leg cramp that about dropped me to the floor!! I'll get back on tomorrow! Calories--yes tracking--yes I'll have to have a pass day--darn it!!

Exercise--yes--20 min walk Calories--yes Tracked--every last bit--a student brought me 5-count 'em--5 donuts!! I checked the ww points for half of one tracked it and was still within my goal of the day. It felt so win-win-y! :)

I have a Blaze and I love it. My only negative with it is that it seems to lose the battery life much more quickly than my Flex--I guess that is the price I pay for all the added features!! I hope you enjoy it!!

I have the same problem with eating too quickly. I inhale!! I know this might sound dumb, but I have found that if I eat and do the newspaper crossword puzzle at the same time, I can stretch my meal to 25-30 minutes.
