Someone came up to me I hadn't seen for a while and they said, "Oh my gosh, you must've lost over 200 pounds"! Well if that were the case I would be down to a whopping 40 pounds. It hurt knowing that she thought I was THAT big. Ouchy.

Hey I do that too if I have the calories left in my day and I'm craving it! It may not be the healthiest of choices but fine if its not a habit. Just remember that its pretty high in sodium so the next day if you weigh yourself your weight may appear to be up a little!

From the time I bought my wedding dress to my first official dress fitting, they had to take off 11 inches from the waist! I think I had tears in my eyes! A very proud moment.

Our stats are very similar!! Started at 242, I've lost 49 pounds and am now down to 193! My goal is to be 140ish! Congrats on your accomplishments! I'm so happy to see pics of someone with the same stats! Its amazing how far we've both come!

I tend to lose about 2 pounds per week. You can view my diary, it is open. I eat a light but protein heavy breakfast which keeps me full til lunch time. 25 and started with over 100 pounds to lose. I have been at this for just 4 months and have lost 42 pounds already. I'm almost to my halfway point and find it crucial to have guidance and support all the way through! I'll send you a request!

I watch calories first and foremost, they are afterall the most important variable in weight loss. I also try to work out at least 5 days a week. I watch fiber (need to keep the bowels in check, lol), protein (to keep me fuller longer), and sodium (I tend to retain water if its too high).

I eat 3 egg whites and just half a yolk every morning for breakfast! I MUST add the half of yolk for a little flavor! I LOVE EGGS and love them any way you give them to me! :)
