    Our stats are very similar!! Started at 242, I've lost 49 pounds and am now down to 193! My goal is to be 140ish! Congrats on your accomplishments! I'm so happy to see pics of someone with the same stats! Its amazing how far we've both come!

    You look fantastic! Love that you now walk the stairs at work at lunch time. And I am so with you on the the whole "all or nothing" approach. Tried that for many years and obviously it doesn't work. I am amazed at the changes in my health that have come from a bit of moderation. Who knew?!!!
