Do you think that 1900 calories per day is sufficient to drop some pounds?? Seems a lot but ill trust the calculator and give it a bash. Read on here that a lot of people think Scooby calculator over estimates the calories. Can i ask what your own experience has been?

I am doing crossfit twice a week just now but increasing this from next month as im still only a few months in so learning technique etc. Im walking about 20 miles a week also. How did you lower your body fat and what is your typcial macros/ calorie intake per day? Thanks! :)

I have looked at the Scooby Calculator and it says that with the Miffin- St Jeor method my: BMR- 1249 TDDE- 1718 Calories needed per day to lose fat- for 10% reduction- 1546 So do I aim to eat the 1546 per day and eat back any exercise calories? Or do I save the exercise calories? Thanks!

I survived! We done Tabata of the following: 8 Reps of each movement of 20 secs on 10 off Squats Pullups Pressups Rowing Situps Others said it was a good wod for newbies so I was pleased and scaled as I needed to. Im going back on Thursday for more so wish me luck! x

I am currently UK 8 and 124 and would like to get to 118 then see how i feel. Lowest i have been is 122 but never been able to get those last few pounds off so im here :)

I have just worked this out on the website and my BMR is 1357, the TDEE is 1872 based on light activity, so is a 1200 calorie a day plan ok? Im sorry i get so confused with this, maths was never my strong point! x

im a size 8 but could do with toning up round my waist. It is hard though especially when you have little to lose as its a slow process!

Well done, i have just done L2 D2, and its hard! :( Havent noticed a difference on scales either but i am starting to feel trimmer so hopefully after the 30 days will see a difference in inches xx

im 5ft 3 and around 124-126 lbs. I would say i am pretty active, i walk to and from work every day 25 mins each way, run 3 times a week and do body pump on the alternative days and have recently started to do shred ( on day 9) My job is office based though so i dont really move at all while im at work. Ive had a look on here and chose the maintenance option and it says that i should be 1560 to maintain?? if this is right eating 1500 wont help me lose weight! Any thoughts anyone?

How do i know what my maintenance calories would be? I could try to eat 1200 as recommended but i really struggled before, i was hungry all the time and found even after excersigin and eating those calories i still needed it to be at least 1400-1500 Thanks for all your replies!

I run 3 times a week, do body pump twice a week, shred every day and walk back and forth to work fast past 25mins each way. Dont have time to do anymore at present. I do sweat when im working out but it just doesnt seem to be enough. :(

Do you do any additional workouts with the 30 day shred? currently i walk 25 mins to and from work daily and go to the gym 3-5 times a week to do running and body pump ( getting back into my routine) but everyone is raving about this 20min workout so thought i would give it a bash.
