What is the difference between US and UK Sizes anyways?

A US 0 is a UK size 4 so from US to UK +4 and from UK to US -4

5 foot 1, I weight about 13.5 stone (that about 190 lbs US or about 87- ish kilos )...

    I wear a UK dress size 10/12, jeans size 12/14, jacket size 12/14, tops/blouses size 8,10,12....

It varies but those are the variables I'm working with at the moment. Not really bothered about my clothes size just want to see myself tight and fit again regardless of weight and size, so long as it all good in all the right places ;o)

Wow! Where do you shop?!!? :D

    I'm 5'4, 167lbs and wear a UK size 14. I've said I'd like to be a healthy size 12 and dream of being a UK 10 :D

I shop everywhre really, Tesco, Asda, New Look... It does varie in different places so I just go with the flow. For example I bought a size 14 dress thinking ya that will work, went home, was massive exchanged to a 10 which fits great, and then I bought a turtle neck tried the size 10 was a bit floppy so went with the 8 and it was gooood... Really depends I suppose. even with shoes, some shope im in 5..5 1/2 other stores have to wear a 6...

i do alot of weight training hence I think is why my weight is where it is... I guess ????

If you ladies are ever in need of a confidence boost, there's a store here in Canada, and probably in the States too, Pink by Victoria Secret. Their sizes are one down, so small = x small, medium = small. It's great to walk in there and be like, "Oh, this doesn't fit, I need a smaller size." :)

I never answer these but here goes:

5' tall, 109 pounds size 0-2, Medium frame.

MOST IMPORTANTLY I eat 1800-2000+ calories a day. The reason I mention this is there seems to be a misconception that a size zero has no muscles and doesn't eat. I am here to tell you this is NOT TRUE.

    LIFT HEAVY & EAT FOOD.

    5ft 2 in.
    Currently 194 lbs
Wearing UK size 16 trousers (but close to wearing size 14)
Wearing UK size 18 tops. Can fit into size 16 but they show off my spare tyre just a little too much at the moment. Won't be long though.

I don't think aside 0 is that small these days. Apparently by my measurements I am a US 0 in most shops, and yet I am far from skinny. I am average height and my BMI is in the normal range. I don't know what properly thin people do about clothes.

Not in my experience. While a UK 10 is a US 6, a US 0 is more like a UK 6. I am in a size 8 in most places in the UK, and yet when I put my measurements into a clothes calculator for US brands, I came out as a 0 for trousers and skirts everywhere, but a size 4 on top.
