This happens to me all the time. -I've changed my workout days to include the weekends and off days on weekdays. -I don't eat breakfast till about noon. -Staying busy helps You just have to decide what's more important to you. Keep trying!

It's been a monthly struggle for over 30 years for me... can't wait till it's GONE. I usually have Skinnty Cow ice cream and chocolates for this time. Individual servings work well for me. If I have a whole bag of anything in front of me, it will be ALL gone. lol.

Wow, I've been using a HRM for over 5 years, different models and I've NEVER had to use anything more than water or saliva. Your sweat will keep it mosturized.. lol.

Hi, I'm no expert. I don't think losing weight has anything to do with it. I've read that until your cycle is gone for an entire year, you are still in Peri. When you have gone a full year without it, you've entered menopause... YAY! Not. lol.

I like NY style pizza. Therefore, I weigh it and look for an entry of New York Style Pizza. However, Margherita Pizza from Costco is only about 400 calories for almost half a pizza... doesn't taste the same but it works for me. :)

My Dominican mother soaks dry beans for hours, then adds the seasonings.. tomato sauce, oil and other natural spices. Then boils the heck out of it... when the water is low she adds more and keeps boiling them; that is how the liquid gets tastier. the more water the more "sauce". Walking longer distances or the Elliptical are my suggestions. The elliptical is low impact and you can adjust the resistance and the incline. Then you can move on to Group classes (zumba, areobics) if you don't have a gym membership you can go on Youtube and look up some workouts. Good for you on taking care of yourself.

I DVR those programs. One day my future husband and I will be living on the beach on one of those islands. We're already engaged. :) However, I have family in Dominican Republic and he's retired from the Air Force, therefore, he has no fear of far away lands. ;)
