I have my own goal based on the previous weight I was happy at. My goal is 150 which also falls inline with the BMI chart.

I like my Up by Jawbone although I have only had it for a week.

I just started using Up yesterday. I purchased mine from Best Buy. I wish they had more colors in store but more importantly I hope it works for me. I need more friends on my team. Please message me here.

I don't have much I won't pay for. I try not to pay for atm fees because I feel like it's free money since it's my mom I'm trying to get. I love name brand purses, shoes and glasses like coach and Michael Kors so I spend money on those. I also like getting massages, manicures, pedicures and I get my hair done every 14-21…

Thanks for posting. This issue is very new for me. I'm trying to avoid meds even though I have a few available if necessary.

You look great, keep it up. 74 since March is amazing.

Wow. You look amazing!!!

I think everyone is different so I can't say. Body fat and body shape makes a big difference. I'm 5'5 and have always had a shape which I love and visible muscle. My goal is 145 although I liked myself when I was between 160-150.

I took a break from MFP while on vacation. For a while MFP was my go to over FB. I'm trying to get back there. FB can be depressing and also is a waste, on MFP I'm staying on track and encouraged to keep going. I've been on FB since '04.

Good job. You look great. What was your most effective workout?

The Iowa Hawkeyes and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets!

volleyball, tennis or leg strength training.

Outside there is so much going on that I usually forget to turn on my music but when I do I either have it very low or one ear bud in. When I'm at the gym it's loud since there is no danger.

I've seen this before. There are websites people can set up where you help a couple pay for their honeymoon instead of bringing a tangible gift. You sign off like a guest book so they know you contributed and how much.

Go for it. I think you can handle it. Maybe add inches because if you don't hit 30 but hit 22lbs lost I'm sure you will have had significant inches lost. Also, you body will get use to the same workout and allow you to go harder and burn more but you will also have to go harder to burn as you lose. Good luck.

I watch a movie, workout, browse pinterest or text. I'm working on my second Masters so I don't have a lot of time to be bored.

Congrats. 30 lbs and under 200 is not minimal. Keep up the good work.

I do agree that the weight loss is unrealistic but I love watching it as I workout because it's motivational and keeps my attention. From that aspect I don't mind it.

You look great. I want the shirt and dress in your after pics.

Mine is either pizza or pasta. I love Italian food! Sometimes a margarita.

I'm 5'5. My goal is 150-145.

That's great.

I hate it. I'm only 27. I'll reserve that for when I pass 35. I'm from the north and live in the south so I realize that's what they say down here.
