I'm in the same boat. I was 140 in August now I am 146.5 nothing i seem to do works. But I know if you keep trying you will break it and be able to move forward. Some people just have a harder time. Don't stress just keep at it.

I am also a mom to a 2 year old bubbly boy. I try and do a lot of little activities for example if I am in the living room with my son I'll start doing squats and say the ABC's or count to 20. He usually always gets beside me and mocks me, not only is he exercising he is also learning to count and learning ABC's. Good luck…

I really want to lose 10-15 pounds, But i have been stuck at the same weight since the summer 2012 and nothing i do will get my weight to come down.

I feel that 145 is a good weight for someone who is 5'7. If you are comfortable in your skin n clothes then thats awesome .. if u eat right and excersise then your keeping your body healthy and thats all that matters

Im in.. Ive been doing this off an on for about a year now and when i first started i just had a baby and i was doing great with the weight then all the sudden i lost interest around the holidays and felt gross so decided to start back. I want to be what i was before my baby boy. SW- 178 TW- 159.5 GW- 130 11/1- I59.5
