I try and just switch it up. I think you have the right idea by switching your exercise for a bit. That normally helps me TONS.

I noticed that a few years ago after I got to my highest weight... It hurt a lot more to be poked and bent and stuff.. Annoying!!

I have the wii fit + and its awesome!! I used it A LOT when I was first trying to make some healthy changes. Its normally no more then about 2lbs different from my bathroom digital scale too. :) I really enjoy the "Free step".. Take the scale with you!! I totally would too! Better yet, take it with you so that you can SEE the difference between yours and your parent's scale.. then next time, you will know.. "Ok, last time it was 3lbs higher then my scale, so ill subtract 3" and not have to take yours again.. Just use it to "eye ball" it and see…

I tried it the first time at around 280... killed me.. couldnt even finish 1 level. But I know others that did just fine. Good luck! My advice is to just TRY it.. if you can finish level 1 on your first day, you're ready! And if you cant... do whatever you can do. :)
