I've lost over 100 pounds and I ate burgers and fries and pizza at least twice a month... Someone else mentioned though, I want different things now. For example I'd much rather destroy a container of hummus with crackers than a bag of chips.

1) I can't help much here but coffee and tea are pretty much calorie free if you drink them black/unsweetened. 2) Almond milk is delicious! Good luck to you! :) You've already made a big step by logging your food. When you actually sit down and read what you eat all day, if it is really that bad then it might just help you push even harder to change.

I find it's the exact opposite for me! Friday-Sunday I am super active, and eat right around my calorie intake. But from Mon-Thurs at work, I fail. I work in a bakery in the basement though, so no one can see me snack on everything I make :( lol.

Water! I don't know how to swim... Even small things like doing the dishes in a deep sink freaks me out.

I used to work at Cinnabon, and we were allowed 1 free item per shift... I literally had one of these 5 days a week :|

I used to sweat soooo badly, like I'd walk up some stairs and I'd be moist. Now, after losing so much weight I'm lucky if I even get warm. If it's really hot or humid out and I'm running, I'll sweat a tiny bit on my neck under my hair, but that's pretty much the most of it.

Quest protein bars have 16-17g of fiber per bar! Also black beans (I eat them in a protein bar form as well), figs, dates, hummus and crackers..

When I reached 100 pounds lost I got a piercing. When I got to my goal weight, I got a whole Domino's Pizza AND garlic bread and ate it to myself. (But I burned over 1000 calories that morning :P)

I found a recipe on Youtube for cinnamon bun mug cakes or whatever, protein powder and egg whites type of thing, but this looks A LOT better :D! Cinnamon buns are my favourite baked good!!

I'm 5'6 and at my goal weight now of 135. I started at 245 and ate 12-1300 calories per day for the first 6 months or so, and then for the last 4-5 months I've been eating between 14-1600 calories a day. I haven't started maintenance yet, but it tells me that I can eat 1830 calories a day for that...

I'd say just focus on your weight, and if you think it is suited for you then stick with it! Try to not let other people influence your own weight :).
