I did 6W6P before I went on vacation in February. I don't have a before but here is me on vacation. I was happy with the results.

Me this past weekend with my husband. Me in a bikini for the first time in 15 years,

That's what I got! You can see part of it in my ticker.

This thread made me laugh. My purse probably does weigh more than 5 lbs but then so does my two year old. And while I can pick him up, I wouldn't want to a single anterior raise holding him. I'm a big fan of the 30 DS. I couldn't do it with 5 lbs the first time I did it though. I'm finishing up my 3rd time through it and…

I did 6W6P this morning and will run tonight.

Hi! I'm Emily. I started with MFP in June of 2010. I've been hanging out 5 lbs from my goal for the past year or so. I've been doing Jillian on and off from the beginning in addition to running. Right now I'm doing 6 week 6 pack 5 to 6 days a week, 30 DS 2 to 3 times and running 3 days a week. I'm currently on Level 1 of…

Hungry Girl Crock Pot Cinna-Apples N Oats. I made it Tuesday night in the crock pot. I ate that around 6, a cup of coffee on my way to work around 7:15 and then a banana at 9.

I made the same substitution. I just started 6W6P on Monday so today was day 3 and I just can't do those side planks. I really like the work out though. I'm going on vacation in the middle of February so my plan is to do 6W6P at least 5 mornings a week, 30DS 2-3 times a week and run 3 times a week. I usually work out at…

When my youngest was as young as your youngest, I would usually work out at night after the kids are in bed. I'm not saying that I was like your ex's wife though. Ha. It is just usually the house work that suffers. Now that my two are a little older, I will sometimes workout while they play and shower while my youngest…

I think everyone is built differently. I'm 5'4" and I think I'll would be too thin even at 135. My goal is 145. It is ok to reevaluate your goals as you go.

I've been a type 1 diabetic for 15 years. (I'm 30) Welcome!

158.5 this week. Down 2 lbs from last week. I was kind of surprised but I'll take it.

I'm not sure what you had for my starting weight but I'm down to 160.5. That is down 1 lb from last Friday but I was up at 164 at the beginning of last week.

I'm in! My birthday is October14. I haven't gotten on the scale in a while but I'll send you my goals after I weigh myself tomorrow.

I lost probably 20 pounds while doing the C25K. The one change I made to the program was that I did some the weeks twice if I was struggling. I worked out 5 days a week. Doing C25K three days and walking or doing the 30 day shred the other days. I didn't follow any specific diet plan, just tracked what I ate and tried to…

I know just what you are talking about and I can't stand that tugging from a big sweat soaked shirt. I really like the New Balance Tempo shirts. The side panels give it a nice shape too so it is flattering. They come is long sleeve, short sleeve and sleeveless. Hope that helps!…

I agree that you may not be eating enough. I would talk to your doctor though. 120 seems like a reasonable carb intake. Have you had problems with your blood sugar dropping? Your doctor could always lower your insulin dosage if that is a problem. I'm type 1 and on a pump but I usually have to cut my insulin back during my…

Just jumping in. I'm 30, been married for 6 years (on Saturday) and I have 2.5 year old daughter and 11 month old son. I have been running since July. I did the C25K and now I'm finishing up the GW28K. I'm hoping to run a 10K in May. I run on the treadmill mostly. One because I usually run after the kids are in bed and two…

I'm a type 1 diabetic so a little different but usually protein helps stabilize blood sugar. They make different types of snack bars for this but anything high in protein should help: peanut butter, yogurt, milk. Good luck. It is not a fun feeling and so frustrating when you are trying to watch what you eat and end up…

Amazing!!!!

I have. As long as I have the calories for it, a drink or two is fair game. For me, it is usually wine but I don't think it should matter.

Thank you everyone! I hate that first picture more than anything. No big secrets. I log my food and I try to work out five days a week. I did the C25K plan to start out and once I completed that I just kept working on my distance and speed. I usually run 3 days a week and do something else the other two days. Lately it has…

I weigh myself but don't log it.

I can't see them either. For some reason I can never see the pictures you post. It must be something with my computer though since other people don't seem to have that problem.

I work out from 8-9 at night during the week (after the kids go to bed). Usually around a 500 calorie burn. Then I'm in bed by 10. I don't have any trouble sleeping.

I do. I have to wear two sports bras to run and then I wear a shirt too because I sweat so much and I hate feeling it run down my back and stuff. I like to have the shirt on to soak it up. Ha! How gross is that?

I wore black to an evening wedding on September 11th. I guess if was an afternoon wedding maybe I would have gone with something different. There were plenty of women in black though.

When I started I was 181lbs 5'4". I was not doing any exercise beyond chasing my 2 year old and picking up my 4 month old. I ran on the treadmill at 8pm just because that is the only chance I have to work out. I was never a runner but now I run 3 miles 3 nights a week on the treadmill and 3 miles outside on the weekend.…

HI! I have a 6 month old little boy too (and a 2 year old daughter) and I work part time. When I joined MFP in June, I had the same goals. I just completed the Couch to 5k plan and registered to run in my first race on October 23rd. Welcome!
