Hope you enjoyed all your Challenges for this week....Today is a rest day and were cracking up into gear again tommorow...But dont skip out on that water and your regular work out routine.
SEND ME YOUR NUMBERS!!!

    226.5...gained half a pound..but thats amazing considering i was on vacation :]

    *Weekly change +1.3 (dammit)
    *Loss during challenge.... -4 lbs.

    Not a good week... but it'll get better!

    With all the exercising I've been doing, I'm bound to be losing SOMETHING! Not that I'm doing the amazing workouts some of you have been doing, but I've been doing a lot more than I'm used to! Since it's not lbs, maybe it's fat % or inches? Will have to measure after work.

    I am very happy to say that my weigh in this morning puts me at 168.0! I believe I was 171.6 last week. :bigsmile:

    I'm sorry I haven't very active in the daily posts. I will try harder next week. I have still been getting my workouts in though, just not the daily challenges.:blushing:

    So I didn't count my ounces last week. But this week I'm at 237.6 last week I was at 240 (I think). Woo Hoo!!!!!!!

    I'm down to 174 this week from 175 last week. I haven't been that good at daily challenges but I have done at least 20 mins on my elliptical every day, so for me that's brilliant!!!! I've exercised everyday this week and I usually only exercise three times a week. I've also not touched a drop of alcohol for a week and kept to my calories. I'm expecting BIG results next week!!
