My Before & During Pictures!

A very nice MFP member sent me a private message complimenting me on my before and after pictures in my profile. The thing is, I don't have any before pictures in my profile. :laugh: So, I told this very nice MFPer that I would post them.
Let me just say that even though I have posted these a couple of times in the past, it is really hard. It makes me want to stab my eyes out. I hate my before pictures. :grumble: But I hope this inspires you guys, because really, if I can do it...anyone can!

During :bigsmile: 163 lbs

I can't see them either. For some reason I can never see the pictures you post. It must be something with my computer though since other people don't seem to have that problem.0
