So glad to hear i'm not the only one. These past few weeks have been horrible! The main thing I do is to drink a big glass of water when mine come on but even that doesn't always do the trick.

I'm definitely losing from counting calories. I'm also more aware of my portion sizes and how many calories in the foods. I think it helps me make better choices along way. I do tend to go over on my calories some days but I just roll with the punches. I figure that I could use a cheat meal once a week or so. sw235 cw204

I add salsa to mine sometimes. I also use lemon pepper too sometimes.

I love my moving comfort fiona bra. It's the only bra I've found that works. I always had to wear 2 bras before I found it. :) I've found it on amazon and my local running store.

I'm not too keen on soy milk after all the reports that came in about too much soy intake. I personally use Almond milk, but since you're allergic to nuts, what about rice milk?

I have long hair too (but it's very fine), but I only wash it every 3-4 days but condition it every day or else I'd have knots the size of Texas in my hair. I'd recommend just washing your body before the gym and then washing (as needed) and conditioning your hair afterwards.
