I make sausage and cabbage all the time. Cook up 4 slices of low fat Bacon and crumble it up add in the cabbbage and onion add in Fat free Smoke Sausage Cook till cabbage and onion is tender. Very Yummy and not to bad for you and its a whole meal in a skillet

You don't have to add alot of food/calories, eat a hand full of nuts drink a glass of milk with one or two of your meals on days that you workout eat a protein bar

From what I have read people that are pretty active can continue there activities throughout pregnancy. I would definately consult with your doctor to be sure but I see no reason why you would have to quite your classes so long as you are capable to.

I love mac and cheese to and every once in a while I will get an easy mac cup only 220 calories and 6 grams of fat I think. I'll bring it for lunch when I'm craving it. Its only one serving so you CAN eat the whole thing. Yummy

I don't know anything about the IUD but if you are worried about being pregnant make an appoinment with your dr and get a blood test. Then you will now for sure.

I'm always starving during that time. Most of the time I eat about 100-200 extra calories during that time. I have noticed though as I have lost weight bloating has pretty much gone away and the length that TOM last has gone from a week to about 4 days. You are doing great, keep up the good work and you will soon notice changes. I think that it is differant for everyone, so to give an exact amount of weight loss until people notice is mere impossible!! But when you or someone else notices, it will feel soooooo good!

8 Fluid oz = 1 cup not 8 weight oz So you just fill the measure cup to the one cup line for strawberries, watermelon and any other fruit or veggie you measure. Hope this helps.

Lunges squats and running. You sould like about the same size as me. I'm a medium/Large top and 14/16 bottom. Lunges, squats and running are what are helping me. I've lost 5 inches off my hip area since the end of January.

I eat lots of fruit and veggies, high protein, high fiber, and follow the calorie info that this website suggests. Its hard at first but you will find that when you go to the store you will become more aware of what you are buying because you want to eat more. Hope this helps and good luck
