It's a huge deal and an amazing, rewarding feeling. Great job - much luck to you in your journey!
-
you look absolutely amazing! congrats on your success. :)
-
yay! great job. i know how much you have been wanting to see it!! :)
-
great job!

I became a vegetarian, and the healthy eating habits flowed in. I quit fast food basically (as the only thing I can usually get is french fries or some other high-carb item), eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and I cook a lot more now.

You both look amazing!
-
Wow you look awesome. Great NSV!!

I guess it was my natural tendency to read left to write, and at first, I thought it looked like you gained weight (as in the left you are much smaller than in the right). BUT - then I realized that your after picture was on the left, and I can definitely see a difference!! :)

I do it alone as well. I'm a night workout-er (lol). I'm really going to try to do small portions. I have no plans on taking any day off from the shred as I will definitely need it! :) I'm still doing Anita's pushups. I hope to do a "real" one soon

Fantastic job!

Day 5 tonight. I usually take Friday's off, but I'm going to keep going tomorrow. I'm a little..worried about this weekend being a holiday weekend and all. Hopefully I won't let it get the best of me!
-
Great job. You have made a huge transformation so far!

Push ups are hard for me too. You'll get better at it. My legs get very tight and feel a lot of pain, especially the butt kicks - whew. Each day has been a little easier
-
What size weights do you use? I heard to use 3 lbs, but my arms are feeling the least amount of pain. Thinking about stepping it up to 5 lbs tonight.
-
I ran and did stairs for a few weeks prior to the DVD, and I am still sore from this DVD, but it's a great workout. Tonight will be Day 4 for me, and the pain is already going away, and I'm doing the workouts much easier. Just like everyone has said, stick with it. Do NOT give up. Stretch a lot before and after, and keep…
-
Wow you look great!! And much younger too!
-
I've heard both. I think I wanna knock it out in 30, and then do ripped in 30 right after. I need to get this done before I turn 21 lol
-
You can do it girl. I can barely walk or sit without wanting to cry, but it gets better. Just don't stop :)
-
How are you all doing with the pain? I finished day 2 last night, and every part of my body aches. I'm doing day 3 tonight though, but wow. I can't walk without feeling the burn lol
-
That makes sense. My hunger has been normal, but thirst is definitely up.
-
I'm a daily weigher (sue me), and I noticed that after the first day, my weight remained the exact same, and now this morning (after day 2 yesterday), I'm up 0.4! I'm really going to try to track my calories in detail today. I'm sick too, so I'm retaining water. But blah. :(
-
Finished day 2, and despite the intense pain I felt all throughout the day, it was well worth it. Day 2 DONE!
-
Not exactly looking forward to Day 2 tonight haha
-
Nice job. I hope I get results like yours!!
-
Why do my legs still feel like jello? I'm dreading tomorrow.
-
Hahahaha. At that point, I was just like "omg kill me now". I don't know how they were doing it so slow, I was speeding it up (I guess) in efforts to get it done quicker lol
-
There were a few things that I couldn't do. The bicycle crunches at the end were horrible lol. But I finished.
-
Yup. You can get it on Amazon for $9.99 (or less). It doesn't come with a diet plan, but I think you could probably buy one? There's three levels that you do for 10 days each. You have to buy weights and a mat if you are working on a hard surface.
-
I'm gonna do it at night. That's great that you finished day 1. FYI - for anyone wondering where to get cheap weights, I got mine at Five Below for $3.50 each. (3 lb)
