I can definitely relate! I've got 2 sets of fraternal twins, with a singleton smack dab in the middle. My youngest are older than yours (4) so it's a little easier for me to find time while they're distraced with something. I usually workout at night after dinner while my husband gets the kids ready for bed. I don't know…

I changed my sodium goal to 1600/day, and usually come in around 1000/day. It is true that drinking more water will help keep your body from retaining water - if your body is getting enough it will flush more out rather than holding onto to. I've found even if I drink extra water when my sodium intake is high it doesn't…

start weight: 192.6 12/15 - 192.4 12/22 - 187.6 12/29 - 188.2 1/5 - 186.4 1/12 - 183.4 1/19 - 183.6 1/26 - 180.2 2/2 - 2/9 - 2/16 - goal weight: 177.6 On the road this week, but this was my weigh in Monday morning before I left. It's a week of eating out so we'll see what that looks like next week

Not sure why that would be rude - it's only 20-30 minutes. If you feel bad about missing a little time with them you could always do it in the morning before they're up/or at night after they go to bed. I'd be willing to bet they'll be proud of your dedication.

I'm travelling for work next week so I'm expecting to be up from the extra salt of eating out. Better kick it in…

Awesome difference - looks like more than 22 lbs! Keep up all the great work!

I've lost about 76 in abbout 6 months. I usually work out 5-6 days a week and eat 1200-1400 calories/day. I think a big help for me is getting in plenty of water and watching my sodium. You're doing great - keep it up, you'll get there!

I've got a couple of them and I really like them. Depending on the video I usually log it under aerobics or circuit training (the boot camp DVD I log under circuit training). If I really push myself and add hand weights I can burn 500-700 calories in 45 minutes.

I've had 3 c-sections and I hear ya on the pouch. Mine is awful (had 2 sets of twins so was stretched out pretty good). I don't think short of a tummy tuck it will ever go away. I try to get in lots of cardio and am hoping it will at least shrink up enough it looks okay when I'm in clothes. No irritation in my incision,…

Wowza - looking sexy!! Congrats on your weight loss, you look fantastic! Wish I could look like that at 140 - I'm guessing you must be taller

As someone who struggled with infertility for years - I can so relate to this one! I know they meant well but at the time it was like salt in the wound.

Super work!!!

That's the great thing about this - every day is a fresh start - and you're still down!!!

Great loss - WTG!

Fantastic progress - WTG!!!

Wow - you were beautiful before, but you look stunning! Congrats on your weight loss!!!

I picked up one along with a DVD after Christmas - I've only done the the workout once, but it's pretty good for toning/strength training. I've used one at work when I'm sitting at my desk, and can definitely feel it when I do. My stomach and lower back get achy from holding myself up - so it's definitely doing something.

Down to 185 this morning - only 5 lbs to go until I'm "overweight"! 2011 should be a good year, I'm staying on track and should be able to hit my goal weight this year. Only 45 lbs to go, sounds like a lot but with what I've already done it feels doable. Good luck with your weigh in everyone!

Depends on what it is. For soups and things I usually use a measurments (a cup, cup and half) for other dishes I'll do a weight.

We use a lot of the Mrs. Dash - you get pretty good flavor. I tried using the salt substitute and you get the flavor of no salt, but honestly I still got the bloating effects. Looks for the low sodium versions of foods you buy - things like no salt added canned tomatoes and sauces can really help with things like spaghetti…

Congratulations - you're making great progress! I'm 7 lbs away from being "overweight" and very excited to almost be there!
-
Wow - what an incredible change! Congrats on your weight loss, you look great!

I started out with about 120 to lose - I'm down 72 so far. That would put me at 140 - I may go for another 5ish lbs once I'm there, but we'll see how I feel.
-
Thank you!!

My husband and I started together July 4th - and have helped each other a lot. I don't think either one of us would be where we are without the other one helping and pushing us to keep going. In 6 months we're down about 150 lbs between us.

Since BMI is flawed, I wouldn't neccessarily use that to determine a goal weight for yourself. I would say once you hit your own goal of 180 you can evaluate then if it's where you want to be, or if you'd like to lose a little more. I think the model at 180 looks perfectly fine - but since we all carry weight a little…

Great work babe - it goes without saying that I'm proud of you and everything you've accomplished!
