I like to add a little spinach to mine. Sounds gross I know, but you can't taste it and you can some "green" food in first thing.

I'm still fighting this stupid cold so I haven't been working out - still watching calories though. Thought for sure I'd be up this morning because we went out to lunch for a coworker's birthday yesterday and the sodium was crazy! But weighed in at 169.6 this morning - I can't remember the last time I was in the 160's!

Great loss - congrats!

I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago - but have never heard anything about specific calorie limits for losing with PCOS. I have heard that you should limit carbs though. I started at around 1300 calories (am down to 1200 now) and have consistently lost since starting last July. I think you just to find what works for you…

Welcome to MFP - it's an amazing site full of supportive people! I'm also from Utah and have PCOS - I refuse to let PCOS stand in the way of reaching my goal weight. Sounds like you're on the right track now, keep up the good work. Feel free to add me if you want!

I'm the same way - walk in the door and off come the shoes. I never wears shoes when I workout in the house, and I haven't had any problems. I actually move better without them.

We make homemade, but found a sodium free baking powder to use. Almost no sodium and so tasty! Check at a health food store for the baking soda - I missed pancakes for too long!

I've watched two episodes where they've done that for the women - and it drives me bonkers. I believe all they are doing is removing excess skin, not reattaching the stomach muscles and removing skin like in most tummy tucks - but still. More than likely they will just end up with more excess skin since they still have so…

I weigh pretty much everything - I think it's more accurate. I agree, with cereal and chips it looks like more if you weigh it. Not sure if that's the case or just my mind playing tricks on me, lol
