    54 pounds lost and counting... PICS!

    Okay folks, the picture on the left was taken back in July, before I started MFP. The one on the right was taken today. I still have 76 lbs to lose before I get to my goal, but I'm well on my way!

      @cardiomom~ my husband lost 150 lbs with gastric bypass surgery because he wanted more time on this earth with me. I want to return the favor, but cannot have surgery.

      Yes! I have a LOT more energy than I used to! I can hardly wait for Spring so I can go hiking again! It will be a lot more fun without carrying along all that extra weight!
