My "Before Pic" Taken at Age 34
My "Current Pic" Taken today at Age 40
Just thought I would post my pics. First one was the year my son was born.
I knew I was morbidly obese and suddenly I wanted to live long enough to see my newborn baby future childrens wedding.
Two things which I had ignored for years had to change. My nutrition and exercise.
It has been a long road but I lost weight slow and steady.
Many more miles to go before I get to my next goal, six pack by age 41.
I am learning a ton from all my new friends at this site.
Many of you are my inspiration.
Thank You for your knowledge and support.
