I'm still fighting this stupid cold so I haven't been working out - still watching calories though. Thought for sure I'd be up this morning because we went out to lunch for a coworker's birthday yesterday and the sodium was crazy! But weighed in at 169.6 this morning - I can't remember the last time I was in the 160's!0

I lost 2 lbs this week... even while on vacation!!!!!!! So now I'm down to 219. I have a goal to be 210 by March 30th... I might just exceed that. Wouldn't that be terrific??? At this pace, just a couple of months to One-derland!!!!0

Great weight loss, Cory, Kami and Pam for the week. I am working on a pound. I lost .6 earlier in the week and .2 yesterday so hoping for the last .2 any time now but this is Friday so not this morning. However I have started things moving slowly and in the right direction. I have a goal of being in the mid 230s by my birthday early next month. What is funny is that I have gone over my calorie goal more times this week than I have in the whole time on MFP. Yes I lowered my goal recently and finally started to slowly lose but it was after going over that I lost this week. Yesterday was a great day for me. Today I took my daughter to lunch since she is out of school but I think I will find some time for exercise after hitting the books. Have agreat weekend alll. You have earned it.0

OMG! Love this! I figured out why I'm so fat. The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my body says, "for extra volume and body." Going to start using Dawn dishwashing soap. It says, "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove." ~Excellent advice! I'm going to try it! (copied this from a friend!)
