YAY! I ran my 1st 5k race this morning. I finished in 30 mins 3 secs. It wasnt too bad but that cold air, fog, inclines and a couple of stomach cramps had me thinking I wasnt going to be able to run the entire time. However, I just kept telling myself to push through it and I did!0

anybody do the weekend challenge? i did! getting the calorie info was much easier than i thought it would be. (if only the calorie count was in the menu so you didin't need to ask!) outback steakhouse has several reasonable entrees.0

I'm going in the wrong direction.... didnt have a good week at all only exercised twice....now this week isnt much better and to add to that PMS bloating....guess I wont be reaching my target by Valentine'sDay which is depressing cause I really wanted to be at least 15 pounds lighted by my birthday which is right after Valentine :grumble:

The scale has been moving in fits and starts, but its moving. Like a glacier...
I am possibly down 0.2 pounds...which, as we all know, is so small as to be completely meaningless. But hey. It hasn't gone up, eh? eh? I don't have the patience to measure inches, but I swear my jeans fit better this week. So, perhaps there has been some improvement, somewhere...which is good. Because unless some weight loss fairy comes out of the stratosphere in the next few days, there is no way I'm even going to come close to my Valentine's day challenge goal. So I have to find success where I can find it!
