I have a friend that is doing the HCG and she has lost 30lbs in 35 days following it to a T. If you are heavy enough, eating only 500 calories a day is NOT a bad thing! I'm a low carber (Atkins), but when I have a sweet craving I take a can of diet root beer, pour it over ice and add a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream. It tastes just like a root beer float...

Happy Saturday Everyone! The weekends are the TOUGHEST! I think today I'll lay out in the sun and that will be just the motivation I need to keep on keepin' on! Me in a bathing suit isn't purrrrty! HAHA! Thank God for 7 foot fences!

YUMMY! Yes there are Wonderful dishes to choose from....I for one love their Salmon and steamed veggies. Their salads are fantastic too. Yes watch out for that bread LOL

It seems that no matter what you post on the boards several people come in and suddenly they are Doctors, Lawyers, Phycologists etc...I'm doing Atkins so you can imagine the crap I've heard. When I a simple question, it deserves a simple answer, I don't need a lecture. Keep doing what works…

Carbs are NOT taken out....You just get them from Vegetables instead of starchy sugary foods....Also Atkins is a Lifestyle change, that's why you eventually phase out of it...Slowly adding back in certain carbs such as nuts etc....Phase 1 (Induction) is merely a jump starter that can be done for several months if needed…

I do Atkins Induction, Just started yesterday, I've had much success in the past and love the plan. Last time I lost 40lbs in two months, felt great, cholesterol dropped 61 pts....But I was most impressed with the inches lost...even when the scales dont move the inches do....Feel free to add Me as a friend if You'd like....

Yes! Your body is detoxing so be patient with it. I'm usually quite tired the first couple of days but by day 3 or 4 My energy level is awesome. I had great success with Atkins Induction about 10 yrs ago and lost 40lbs in 2.5 months (I cheated every Saturday, ate Induction food but drank beer LOL).
