Saltgrass Steakhouse ?

My sister wants to eat at this place for dinner,ive never been there. Is there any decent low calorie and low fat dishes?

  yes... I use to go near Round Rock, TX and as remember there are plenty of smart choices

  Just be careful of their fabulous bread! they have small steaks and grilled chicken choices if I remember correctly. Its been a couple of years though

  They have a kabob you can get either beef, chicken or shrimp, and it is pretty good. I think I got the salmon their once and it was very buttery, so watch out for that.

  YUMMY! Yes there are Wonderful dishes to choose from....I for one love their Salmon and steamed veggies. Their salads are fantastic too. Yes watch out for that bread LOL
