  • I ordered it, but don't have much to tell you about it though--I'm just in week two! But, I am very excited about it--there are a lot of bonus DVDs and equipment--more bands and a stability ball! I figured I would just go all out and get the whole thing! I like to have a variety of choices!

  • I'm in the middle of week 10, and am planning on going the distance too! I have been curious about Fire 60, I was worried about the feeling all uncoordinated all over again! I will find out soon enough though!! Great results!!

  • You are giving it your all and that's what counts! If you are dripping in sweat then you are definitely burning up those calories! I actually do my workouts in front of my bedroom mirror! It keeps me motivated! :)
  • I'm in the middle of week 6! I did Fire 55 EZ this morning--this is my favorite class! :)
  • I do the tone and scupt and I like them! I have done so many Jillian Michaels and Biggest Loser workouts with weights that I like the bands because it is something different. I have never tried Chalean Extreme though--it sounds great too!
  • Since I started working out I have been taking Osteobiflex daily and it has really helped my knees!

  • I live about 5 minutes into WI right on the MN border, so I signed up for the MN Dirty Girl! August 4th, still lots of spots open!!
  • My favorite is Fire 55 so far--I am also on week 4! I like that the Sculpt, Tone, and Core mixes it up, but I like to feel my heart racing and feel the sweat dripping--which I don't get from these videos. I like the HIIT classes too!

  • Hi! I started TF about 3 weeks ago. I follow the plan just as it shows, but realized that there is not that much targeted ab work, but saw that there is a 10 ab dvd, so ive been adding that in on my own. I rest days I do the abs DVD and some other form of exercise--biking, eliptical etc... but not an actual TF class.…

I am consistently eating less then 1200 cals and it seems like would be hard to make myself eat any more...but what I am hearing from alot of people is that you really need to eat the cals that MFP directs…
