Add me It's a huge goal of mine to lift heavy as a lifestyle change instead of just going through the usual routine. I'd love to have someone to check in with and share the victories :)

If anyone lifts or any other type of workout, I wouldn't mind having someone to check in with every couple of days or so. It's nice to have the extra motivation from time to time especially since I don't have a lifting partner. :)

Sounds like the kind of friend I need lol. I'm looking to lose about 30 as well. Motivation isn't as much of an issue as consistency for me. I really want to lift consistently as a life change. I've cut myself a bit of slack because I just finished a big move, but time to get it together.

Hey :p, Today I'm around 178lbs @ 5'7" Current goal is 140s I'm definitely not new. I've lost a significant amount of weight, and I'm working on losing 20-30 lbs. Looking for lifting encouragement since no one around me cares about fitness.
