Circuit training in the cardio section is how I log it. But it might depend on exactly what exercises you are doing. If it is mostly running then you would log it as running--maybe two entries with one being your sprint time and the other your walking. http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx You will have to be able to pause for 20 sec to take your pulse periodically (I do interval training--so that isn't an issue for me) but I am choosing to believe this is fairly accurate.

I am just getting started on ZWOD #1 this week! I have done it two days in a row (3 sets, but highly modified...pistol squats???REALLY??), and I am TOTALLY feeling it! Love Zuzana!

From what I understand, circuit training would involve cardio mixed in with that. The 30 Day Shred is more of a circuit training workout. A mix of cardio, strength and abs. The cardio is what burns the calories--of course, muscle continues to burn calories during your rest.

I was "sick" (more of an excuse than a *real* sickness) on day 3...day 4 was my birthday...then I just gave up! BUT I am not going to stay down! When you get a flat tire, do you go and slash the other three, or do you change it and keep going? (Well, apparently I slash them and go lay in the road to be run over!!!)

I kicked my shoes off in the middle of day one because I felt like they were too tight...and I swear, I will never wear shoes to do it again! I was shocked at how much better I felt barefoot!

I agree--just do what you can! Any movement is better than nothing!!!

I did day 2 last night...and I was able to do more! Maybe it was mental, or just knowing that I had already done one day...but I definitely feel stronger!

Day One: CHECK! I modified a lot and definitely wasn't up for the jump rope...jogged in place for those!
