I pretty much do whatever I want on the weekends and rarely log, but i still do a workout or two.... and I am still losing... so i wouldnt stress too badly, unless your going overboard or simply not losing at all. xx:flowerforyou:

Began - 2011 112kg (247lbs) - weighing 60% more than what i SHOULD BE! Ugh! I am 5'6" and I can tell you now, I have been a size 14 and weighed 85 kgs and a size 18 weighing 85kg. muscle vs fat. Massive difference. I am currently 85.6 and a 14-16. I want to get to a size 12... no matter the weight i like that Size - altho the last time I was that size i was 70kg These are Australian sizes... :)

I tracked my calories using a HRM when i first started... and i compared them with a few exercises... Aerobics - High intensity was a match to within 1 Calorie! :love:

Research indicates that if you eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up it gives your metabolism a kick start. If you wait too long then your metabolism stays a bit sluggish all day.... xxx :heart:

Wii is pretty good but doesnt monitor your whole body... just your arm/s (and feet / weight with balance board).... If i was at a healthy weight i would watch what i eat and make sure i exercise a bit but I wouldnt be OCD about logging... but that doesnt mean you cant... Why are you worried about this?? :huh:
