Hit my Goal Now What

Ok...so I hit my goal weight...but I am super nervous at being able to maintain...

I feel the need to keep counting, and logging...

What tips suggestions from someone who is in the same situation.

    Continue to do more and more badass workouts. Eat your maintain weight calories, and watch yourself become a beast over time.

    If you aren't right now, start lifting heavy. Try to add 15 lbs of lean muscle and decrease your body fat % by 5%. Now that you are at goal is the PERFECT time to try to really add some lean muscle.
