Typically on vacation I am a lot more active which allows me extra calories that come from not being at home to cook/prepare food. Can you plan extra exercise into your trips? Also I think you will just need to plan ahead healthy foods than can be on the go!

You won't have time to do couch to 5K most likely but the idea of it is good. Check out 5k training options online! They are free and can help you to build a running routine. It sounds like you are doing great! Keep it up.

Last year I started training to run a full but ended up running the half. I was SO happy I did the half. It was enjoyable, hard but not too much. I would say run a half before you do a full. BUT either way I think you can do it in the amount of time that you have. GO girl!

I had my little girl 6 months ago but only gained around 17 lbs during the pregnancy (due to throwing up not good habits sadly). I am at my pre-pregnancy weight but my clothes fit way differently and the belly is still there for sure. I am a full size higher than I was this weight before the baby.

If you need more calories try adding protein. It is really good for building muscle if you are exercising that much and most people don't get the protein that they need.

If I were you I would stick to my friends list to talk about it just because of the responses you can get from the general population. I do agree though it is an appropriate place.

I used it but ended up being sick all the time so counting calories didn't matter. There are some pregnancy support groups on here you can join.

ha. Mine was the SAME way. Once we actually got pregnant though he changed his mind. He didn't come up with any girls names himself but when I suggested them he had a yes or no in mind for sure :)

I just started the shred. I just had a baby 4 months ago so I am out of shape but I felt like I got a great workout by doing the level one. I drink extra water the next day and go back to my usual schedule. I don't usually exercise more (sometimes a little) because if you get too exhausted you may have another bad day :) Depending on how much I was over on my bad day sometimes I try to shave an extra hundred calories off each day for the rest of the week to…

All of your fats are really healthy... (yes there are good and bad fats). I am not a pro at this so this is just my opinion but the only thing that I would change is maybe eating egg whites instead of eggs to lower the fat.

Hi! My suggestion for binge eating is to not let yourself get too hungry. When I have a binge eating fest around that time it is because I didn't let myself snack enough/have healthy snacks throughout the day so I am starving... then I eat way too much. Thank you everyone! I have found a partner! I appreciate your support. I only gained 17 lbs because I threw up every time I ate any food. I know that it isn't a lot but my body is still very different than it was. I tried eating anything and everything!

I took about 20 tests last year. My only advice is not to take them one after another. I got a positive then took more about 2 minutes later and got negatives... not a funny game! Turns out when it is so early you will only have enough chemical in your urine to have one positive. :) Oh and Congrats!
