I was away last week... weight up by over 2 lbs. Back to eating properly and in my calorie count. Weight down 2 lbs so far. Hopefully down another lb by Monday. Then I am back on track.1

Gone for a family weekend last weekend! Up 3 #! Kind of mad at myself. I just let go! What I learned is I need daily exercise. When out with the group eat half. Don’t get too tired. My limit is two drinks.
I am stocked for the week. Going out to walk now. And have a plan for when I am hungry and don’t want to eat much! Bone broth, gum, water and celery will be my go to snacks.

I'm interested! I gained 15 lbs this last year and need some motivation to lose again. I was on MFP about 7 years ago before having my kids and just rejoined.1

Your story sounds like mine. Lost 40 in 2012 with MFP. Gained it back plus some. Had biometrics done—complete eye opener. Then cancer cut into my plans times two in 2017. Back to health and ready to get my whole life back. Have more than 40 to lose, but it’s a start1

Hi Sarah, I am with you. I need to make some new changes in 2019. I lost 4 yrs ago about 30 pounds and I have gained 23 back. I am starting back on MFP tracking and my Macros. Please feel free to add me as a friend. CW probably 168.0

me I am so in! I have felt so uncomfortable in my skin (and clothes) for the last 6 months or so. I previously lost close to 20 pounds using MFP, so why not shoot again!0

I’m in the same boat since starting medical school this fall!! It’s terrible hahahaha. I’m looking to lose 20lbs by May as well, for my birthday and the start of summer!! Add me. Let’s keep each other motivated.
