Judging by you saying "dots" it sounds like you've got a flex(?) If you feel it's high try changing the setting from non-dominant hand, to dominant hand in the Fitbit website, it reduces the sensitivity.

Mine is open to friends. I eat all kinds of crap sometimes, go way over on some days - but I log everything, good and bad. I keep it open to give others ideas, if I've helped then great!

I'll add you, I shot up to 240lbs and I've got a little boy who's just turned 1 so I want to drop the weight so I can actually go out and be active with him. So far so good - I weighed in at 198.8 this morning, so I'm 0.5lbs away from a 3 stone loss :smile:
