I've been on those ESPN cheerleading competitions in HS...we rocked!

Could you take a job and then meet your hubby when the year is over?
-
Check your lease to make sure it's not something you have to cover. Might want to check with your state laws as well. Also, like someone said earlier, get everything in writing. Verbal means it never happened.
-
Last I heard he was getting a face transplant and the gov't/state/city (someone...) was covering it.
-
No.

Are you sure you're eating enough?
-
I eat back about 3/4 of my exercise calories. I think MFP over estimates how many calories I burn and I think I tend to underestimate my calories eaten, so this is my happy medium! 5 pounds down so it seems to be working for me!

I've read all the books, now I'm in the middle of season 1. Just got HBO so I hopefully will be all caught up soon! I think the books help a lot with understanding more of the characters!

Eat? Between 1300-2000. Net? 1300.

This again!! And there is never a "legit" reason to cheat. Someone is in an abusive relationship? Walk away. Someone is already being cheated on? Walk away. Don't cheat. Also- if you don't tell, and some how the cheated on finds out- how do you think that will bode for your relationship?
-
I would tell the one being cheated on. It's their right to make an informed decision in their relationship. The person being cheated on may also have health risks they have a right to know.
-
Yep! I went up to a net of 1300 and kicked up my water intake, so far I've been feeling better. Experiment, go up by 100 and see what happens. If that helps, then stop there, if not, go up by another 100.

Do you have someone you can talk to? A therapist or nutritionist? Sometimes creating a healthy relationship with food is the hardest part, and asking for help can be an amazing tool! It's certainly not easy (how many of us are here?) but it is possible! Good job to you for recognizing what's going on and asking for help!

Yay! More Krav people!! I've been training for over a year now and am a level 2! I love it! And the best thing my teacher ever said- If something really happens, don't make it pretty, make it effective!! I love how instinctive KM is and how it works with many of the body's natural reactions!

Up!! Or I really like to Tressemme products.
-
If you're not hungry and you're still meeting your calorie goals, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
-
YES!!!
-
This!! Eat more!!
-
I'm 5'1 and net 1200-1300 a day, so eat up to 1800 on a good burn day. Seriously, eat more.
-
The problem with guns and other weapons is that they slow you down and can be taken away to be used against you. Self-defense can help with reaction times and things like Krav Maga, which uses your body's natural reactions can speed you up. Additionally I can take out a guy twice my size with Krav using the right pressure…

Done it! So much fun!! Can't wait to go again!

Maybe you should try netting higher, like closer to 1000 or 1200. Your body may be holding onto food longer than it needs since it's not getting enough fuel. I know there are lots of different opinions on this, but maybe try it out for a few weeks and see how your body reacts?
-
Try eating your exercise calories back...experiment with some different things.
-
Krav Maga.

Not a chance!!! Mayo is king.

Don't keep snacky food in the house? Probably hard with a little one, but I've noticed the less I have in my house, the less I eat out of boredom and I'm pretty sure that' s how I got fat! Bored and stressed, never good for the intake! Maybe go for a walk instead? Challenge yourself with pushups or situps or planks or…
-
Nope, I never force myself to eat. I eat when my body tells me I'm hungry. Usually I don't eat until lunch (early lunch around 11) but I'm simply not hungry before then.
-
I'm up in the north suburbs...go CHI!!!
-
I have also learned to ask for a to-go box when the food comes and just automatically put half in the box so I'm not even tempted to eat it. It helps a LOT!
