  • Make sure that you get the recruiters business card or at least contact information so you can send them an email thanking them for the interview. I have done that for the last couple of jobs that I have had and it makes an impression.
  • Hi Jessica, Make sure that you take your measurements too.... realistically when you take your measurement and there is no change in the scale then you can at least see that you have lost inches. That too is a great motivator.

  • The other option is to just get put a tiny hole in the pants at the seam and add a draw string. I have had to do that with a couple of pairs of my yoga pants.... You can get a draw string at the fabric store for cheap and don't have to spend the money on pants..... at least not till you get to the size that you want to be.…

  • I did not look at your diet log but I have the same problem when I don't eat enough protein. I actually try now to eat more protein it keeps you fuller longer... if you are burning more calories then your body is going to required more fuel
