Hey there,

after reading so many inspiring and motivational post especially in this section, I got brave enough to post some of my results. There is a year between the two pic and I lost a little more than 30 lbs in that period of time. My BMI went from over 30 down to nearly 25, my body fat % went down from 38% to 30%. I never thought I would come so far and all my friends at MFP really helped me a lot on this journey so far. Thanks for everything!

    Thanks. I just found that "before" pic and finally see for the first time that I really lost some weight. :)

    Way to go! i know what you mean. I have a friend who has lost 153 lbs in the last four years and neither of us noticed how much she weighed before until we compared pics! Great job! Keep up the good work! Hard work and willpower will help you make it to your goal! Congrats!
