If you have issues with food I think the conscious eating works to keep the weight off...if you start eating foods that your body actually wants they naturally have less calories (veggies, fruit, beans, meat in moderation or not at all if you're really good) then it's a lifestyle now....taking in smaller quantities of high…

Any updates on this? Just got my DVDs, did strength 1 phase 1 today and it was great! I can't do a plank yet but still a good workout. I'm gonna loosely start following the diet tomorrow. It would be nice to have a support group! Anyone?

5'7 here....I've been wearing the same clothes since i was 300lbs ( I was clearly a 22 wearing a 20). Now @ 270 my clothes are comfortable....nothing's falling off quite yet they just FIT. I'm hoping I can get down to an 18 in the next month. I think exercise has a lot to do with losing inchs
