Are chicken wings really low in cals?

I don't understand how I'm below cals when I had 3 baked chicken wings w. veggies for lunch and Chinese food ( fried chicken wings w/ fries)

Are the calories off with this?

Chicken is about 1 cal per gram, so yes pretty low cals.
However, I bet your sodium is way high!!!
Don't forget to track it and drink a lot of water.

The calorie counts in the diary can be WAY off sometimes! If I don't have the package to reference I will take an average of the various entries in the diary.

It would be easier to help you if you had your food diary open to the public...

That's probably an average or for breast meat though, right? Chicken wings have a high proportion of skin and if you don't prepare yourself there's a good chance there's been fat added in the cooking too. I'm with Mallory, I'd look at a few entries and then go for one average or a little above.
