Monday: Fish and rice and veggies Tuesday: Grilled Chicken and veggies Wednesday: Spaghetti Squash and Veggies Thursday: Left overs Friday: Turkey Burgers and veggies is all I know for now... or the nights might change on my mood but the food wont :) Some of these meals sound so yummy!

I know what you mean... I am normally fine on days that I don't eat out with my sodium but I do tend to go WAY over if I do eat out... I just try to drink a lot of water to flush it out

What about treating yourself to a movie or something out that you enjoy but don't get to do often?

My challange this week is to: *stay within my calorie goal everyday * walk atleast 3-4 days * get enough nutrients (calcium) everyday

Have you tried zigzaging your calories? Throughout the week you will have "low" and "high" calorie days. I have heard that this helps!

I am 5 feet and I currently weight 137 pounds and want to get down to 115ish. I have been eating so much better then I have been. I want to get down to where I used to be. I am glad I found this group.

Yep it is so discouraging! I was looking at Uno's Chicago Grill website to try to plan my dinner out on friday. It was very misleading... because they had sections of under 500 calories or certain carbs or sodium. However all the dishes had more then 1 serving.. I am very disappointed in their website.

These are my favorite! We found them this past year! They are expensive but YUMMY!!
