It's crazy....I never had stomach issues when I ate bad and now that I'm eating clean, if I eat something not so good, It makes me sicker than a dog. Last week I had 1 pc of pizza. I weigh in every other Monday am. Time goes by so fast so I can handle this. Plus it makes me jump up higher....kinda tricks me! :) Plus I don't want to get hung up on the numbers. Weight can flexuate all over the place. I want to stay motivated...

Hey everyone! Love this! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I go to the Dr on Oct 12 to start the road to fertility. My Dr thinks my being overweight isn't healthy so my goal is to loose 25 pds by then. I'm down 9 and am weighing myself every 2 weeks so I don't obess. I get to weigh again on Monday the 6th. Woot!…

Great suggestion! I only use sea salt in my house. Does that make a difference?

OH it's really really good!! Follow a recipe though...it can be tricky to prepare on your own. Try it! The worst that can happen is tossing it! :laugh:

It's funny you say that because I was just telling a friend...I know I have noticed my little loss but some close friends won't even comment on my new lifestyle. They are all overweight. I try not to talk about it all the time but it is a big deal in my life. It has to be for me to succeed. I've heard of poeple loosing…
