Lots of people eat just fruit, veg and pulses. Look up Dr Fuhman Eat to Live. I couldn't do it personally but there is lots of evidence that's maintainable and excellent for disease prevention.

Doesn't look like 64 cals to me. Closer to 40? I make a similar thing but with more eggs and it is 62 cals a piece. 6 medium eggs 100 grams of phildelphia 3% fat cream cheese 100 grams of flaked kiln roasted salmon 50 grams of spinach Black pepper whisk it all up and ladle into cupcake tins. Just weighed 'em. Nine pounds. Seriously! going to have to have a chat with my doc and explain that I'm not actually obese, take away the booage and I'm ONLY overweight. Ha! Don't reckon these FFs are going anywhere either. I had an E cup when I was 60lbs lighter. *sob sob*

Size down. I've had a few pairs and always size down. Size 3 might seem ok at first but once the sheepskin flattens down a bit she'll be swimming in them.

You've written on your profile that you weigh 95 lbs and want to gain weight, 20lbs or so, so what's the problem with gaining weight when you're clearly underweight?

Yep, 8 month plateau for me! I ate under 1000 calories for 6 months and was working out at least an hour a day in the gym and not eating back any exercise calories. My dream and my goal are the same. I have an hourglass shape and was similar body shape to Raquel Welch in my early twenties (10 years ago). I was a professional dancer then so was toned but not visibly muscular. I can get there again. I hope!

It depends A LOT on the weight of the hoop. I hula hoop with a 3lb fitness hoop and wear my HRM. I burn on average 280 calories in half an hour which is the same burn as Spinning and Elliptical trainer! A heavy hoop really works your waist and raises your heart rate, unlike a lightweight one.

Don't do it! I have weighed and measured during TOM and made myself utterly depressed and disheartened. Apparently the best time to weigh is 2 or 3 days afterwards as that's when our bodies are most balanced.
