Dina, I am sorry for your loss. I have replaced breakfast with a weight loss shake...the generic of slimfast. it really fills me up! I eat a little snack every 2 hrs as well, like 5 calorie jello up, preztels, low cal/fat granola bar. this way by meal time i am not starving and don't overeat. I have trying pure green…
