if you have not been doing any regular leg work outs before starting this program this will be normal. I remember when I first started doing legs I could barely walk around for a few days but it will loosen up. As mdizzle pointed out just be careful when you sit on toilet, bc it might be hard getting up...lol

base on 30 min of treadmill you averaged about 12 calories per minute which sounds about right.

general rule of thumb is for moderate cardio you burn 10-15 calories per minute of elevated hear rate (120+) more intense more calories...distance plays less role than time

I would really just work on swimming and running laps for now, very little weight bearing and really works your core and gets heart rate up

I do my entire stronglifts routine in the pwer rack (except benching). takes me at most 40 minutes, but at my gym we have 3 power racks, 2 smith machines and 1 regular squat rack. also have at least 2 benches of each variety. My sugar numbers change based upon my total calorie targets. The more calories I can consume the more sugar it allows me to consume. My macro mix is almost 50% less than USRDA as I only consume about 150+ grams of total carbs not the 300 RDI

I too find exercising to be boring, however I would recommend picking a target activity to train for (5k, half marathon, 300lb squat) something that will keep you focused on a goal other than weight loss. this is what helps me keep going
