Looking for others to help the motivation!!

I started my weight loss journey over a year ago and lost 60lbs. But because losing weight is a full time commitment I fell off from exercising. The healthy eating was maintained so luckily I have not gained anything back. My journey beings again as of tomorrow I will be off to the gym to continue on my weight loss journey and looking for friends to help keep me motivated and I'd like to do the same in return.

    its a day by day deal, dont look at the big picture or it gets overwhelming. Feel free to add me, I'm very motivated to reach my goals :D

    I too find exercising to be boring, however I would recommend picking a target activity to train for (5k, half marathon, 300lb squat) something that will keep you focused on a goal other than weight loss. this is what helps me keep going
