    Well, I have done a few of those in the past, and the first thing you would want to do is find a partner that is about your height. That will help a lot especially if your stride is long. A short person/partner will not have as long a stride as you, and you will have to lift them to reach your stride. Second, make sure you are both on the same starting leg. If you are in sync with eachother it will make your 'run' happen easily and gracefully. That should put you across the finish line in first place! Good Luck!!
