    I use a wheelchair, so I can't help ya'...... but if ya' ever need any pointers on riding escalators in a wheelchair or leaving wheelchair tire skid marks on those shiny tile mall floors, just let me know. :happy:

    Okay, so I feel like a loser posting actual advice on this thread when perhaps I should be making a joke....but...agree on which legs you are going to start with and then get a beat going by actually counting out loud, (one, two, one, two, etc). (The previous serious posters advice about running with someone of similar height is good too!) You will totally rock the race! Good luck! (I was sack race champion for many an elementary school field day....admitting that DOES make me a loser now, doesn't it?) :-)
