Probably about a month ago. 2 reese's cups....it's not really a bar but I think it counts.

I've tried it and neither of these things happened when I stopped. But you don't need Herbalife to lose weight, just a caloric deficit.

Look at the menu before you go. Choose what you will have before hand and when you get there don't even open the menu. When your food comes ask for a to go box and put half of your entree away to take home. Even if you choose something that is high in calories, you can plan your day around that meal.

Ever since I got serious about lifting I've been slacking on my cardio. I hate it now, sooooooo boring! Yesterday I struggled through 35 minutes on the ARC Trainer and it was torture. I still have 30-40 lbs to lose so cardio is still a necessary evil in my life.

Welch's concord grape is only the best jelly ever made and the only acceptable jelly for the perfect PB&J. Along with skippy pb (not the fancy natural stuff). You need PB on both slices of bread and jelly in the middle, to prevent leakage on the go!

I use Syntha-6 as a meal replacement. Works for me. Sometimes I add stuff like bananas or pb, but sometimes I don't.

I always eat more on rest days but I think it's boredom. The good news is that I don't eat back exercise calories during the week so it all even out.

I agree with this. You just have to push yourself to go until it is a habit. To me, it's kind of like a job, I don't necessarily like it but I know it has to be done so I do it almost without thinking much of it.

This thread just made my day! I just started lifting with a trainer yesterday, I will be working with him twice a week. I'm very excited to see how my body will transform, but having a hard time mentally preparing for a possible stall in the scale.

I don't track my cheat meals. I know I go over but it stresses me out to see it and if I see that I'm over I will workout to compensate. Sometimes I'll go back and track it days later just because I know there's nothing that I can do about it now.

I tried to go without rest days for a while and kind of regretted it. The quality of my workout was greatly decreased when I wasn't resting. Now I try not to go more than 4 days without a rest day.
