I just finished Insanity a few weeks ago. I didn't change what I was eating but stuck with the program and lost a total of 20 inches! The scale didn't really move much so it's definitely important to take measurements. Lots and Lots of body weight and core exercises. I loved the program and will do it again soon!

I work monday-friday, leaving the house about 6:30am and not getting home until 6:30pm. I used to wake up earlier in the morning and do it before getting ready for work but started slacking and then it never got done. I've since let myself sleep and I get my workout in after my daughter goes to bed. Yes, it's late and…

BUMP!! Just read through this entire thread. Looked through my TDEE's from the past few weeks and I'm readjusting my goals. I hope this gets me through my plateau! :)

Calculate your BMR and eat atleast that (that doesn't include any exersize calories). I upped mine to my BMR last week and lost 2 lbs. I was eating 1200 calories before that and seeing a minimal loss. I'm very happy with my new calories goal. It's definitely more sustainable!

A fiber one brownie. 90 calories and delicious! I know there are better choices but if it keeps me from eating something far worse, I'll take it. :)

If you do your workout at home....do it in your pj's! :)

It definitely isn't easy but for me I know if I don't do it in the morning, it just may not get done. I commute to work, work full time, and am a mommy and a wife. Usually by the end of the day after dinner, baths, laundry and cleaning up the last thing I want to do is work out! It's actually given me a lot more energy…
